Information on this website is provided for general trade purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. All wholesale supply is governed by a signed pro-forma invoice or written contract with Ariana Food Export & Import.

Trade terms

  • Prices are in EUR unless otherwise agreed and are subject to change until the pro-forma is issued.
  • Incoterms 2020 apply. Passing of risk follows the agreed incoterm.
  • Payment terms are as specified on the pro-forma invoice. Bank transfer, SEPA and international wire accepted.
  • Delivery lead time is quoted in good faith and confirmed at order acceptance.

Compliance

Buyers are responsible for import licensing, duties and destination-country compliance. We supply the export documentation typically required in the origin country.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected shipment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by Dutch law.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
